Various Cutting Systems:

in order to meet the different properties of different plastic materials, various cutting system are provided to choose from such as a strand-type cutting system, a vertical type water ring die face cutting system, under water cutting system.

Strand type cutting:

strand type cutting is suitable for most application of pelletizing. Simple construction, operation and easy maintenance. It includes die, water bath, suction blower, pelletizer, vibration unit and storage tank.

Vertical type water ring die face cutting:

Water ring die face cutting is suitable for some polymers, such as PE, PP, PS, EVA ..etc. It Includes extrusion die, water cooling system, centrifuge, vibration unit and sorage tank.

Under Water Cutting:

Under water cutting system is suitable for process some special materials that could not be palletized by other type of plletizing system, such as TPU, TPV...etc. It includes extrusion die, rotary cutting unit, water circular system, centrifuge, vibration unit and storage tank.
